For over 20 years, I worked as a licensed therapist in North and South Carolina — sitting with people in their hardest, most vulnerable moments. I learned the full depth of human behavior, what drives us, what stops us, and what keeps brilliant people stuck in loops they can't seem to exit on their own. What I noticed again and again: the people who were most capable were often the most stuck. Not because something was wrong with them — but because no one had ever helped them build forward from where they were.
I created the R.E.A.L.™ Method from two decades of clinical work, personal experience with life transition, and a deep frustration with coaching culture that sells motivation without methodology. My clients aren't broken. They're high-achieving, self-aware, and exhausted from carrying clarity they can't seem to act on.
I HELP THEM ACT.
I'm not a guru. I don't have a podcast telling you to "manifest your best life." I have 20 years of understanding what actually creates change in a human being — and a direct, no-script approach to helping you get there. I didn't figure this out in a classroom. I figured it out in the middle of my own life falling apart and being rebuilt.
If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.

We strip away the "facades and the acts" to look at the concrete facts. By forcing a moment of radical responsibility, we eliminate the noise and find your true starting point.
Once the illusions are shed, your plans become solid. We set the trajectory to move ahead, ensuring your goals are no longer "wishes" but evidence-based objectives.
This is where we put the pieces together. You step into the driver's seat, making the hard decisions that determine whether your change is a temporary spark or a forever shift.
The final stage is the most profound—shedding the guilt, anger, or pride that held you back. Under no one’s direction but your own, you open your mind to the ultimate reality: The choices are up to you.

Great question — and one I'm uniquely qualified to answer having done both for over 20 years. Therapy is clinically focused. It explores the past to understand and heal psychological wounds, diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and process trauma. It's governed by licensure boards and often covered by insurance. Coaching is forward-focused. It assumes you are already capable and functional — and works to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We're not diagnosing anything. We're building. Think of therapy as healing the foundation, and coaching as constructing the building on top of it. Many of my coaching clients have done therapy. They're not broken — they're ready to move.
No. But I do ask that you're in a stable place mentally and emotionally. If you're currently in crisis or navigating acute mental health needs, therapy is the right first step — and I'll tell you that directly. My coaching work is most effective with people who are functional, forward-thinking, and ready to do hard work.
No — coaching is not a clinical service and is not covered by insurance. This is actually one of the reasons I transitioned to coaching: it removes the insurance company from the room entirely. Your investment goes directly into your outcomes, not into billing systems and prior authorizations.
Two decades of licensed clinical experience. Most coaches have a certification and a passion. I have both of those — plus 20 years of understanding human psychology, behavior patterns, and what actually creates lasting change versus temporary motivation. I've sat across from people in their worst moments. I know the difference between a surface-level breakthrough and a structural one.Add an answer to this item.
I'll tell you. Directly and kindly. Part of my ethical commitment — rooted in my clinical background — is knowing that line and honoring it. If it becomes clear that what you need falls outside the scope of coaching, I will say so and help you find appropriate support. You will never be pushed to continue if coaching isn't the right fit.Add an answer to this item.
